Funerals + Memorials

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

The loss of a loved one can be a time of debilitating grief. Our parish clergy can help you through this difficult time, through counsel and by helping you appropriately mark the end of your loved one’s life here on earth. Memorial or funeral services are a time for friends and family to come together to express grief, gives thanks for the life lived and commend the person into God’s keeping.

In planning the service, we are sensitive to the varied needs of grieving family and friends, their church-going experience, and various levels of spirituality. Short tributes to the deceased are most certainly welcomed, as the clergy honours the spiritual and liturgical traditions of the Anglican Church of Canada. We welcome your questions and conversations about your needs.
