Knit with Us! Thursdays from 2:00-4:00
Our Knitting Group gets together at the church every Thursday from 2-4 pm, and we would love for you to join us! If you don’t know how to knit, we will teach you. We knit items to donate to the Fred Victor Mission.
The group is a nice way for people to get to know each other and knit for those who are less fortunate than us. Please contact Theresa for more information: theresahousehunter@hotmail.com
Altar Server Training and Dinner: November 3, 6:00-7:30 PM
Among the many important ministries during our Sunday liturgies is the altar server guild. Each week, adults and youth assist the clergy in our celebration of worship such as carrying the cross and candles in procession and preparing the altar for communion.
We invite all current servers as well as those interested in serving to join us on Tuesday, November 3, for a light dinner and training session. Please confirm your attendance by emailing Fr. James Shire at jshire@gracechurchonthehill.ca.
