The Venerable Peter J.C. Scott
Honorary Assistant
Archdeacon Peter Scott served as a priest in the Anglican Diocese of Niagara for over 30 years. He concluded his ministry in the fall of 2025 as Rector of St. Mark’s Anglican Church, Orangeville. Previous to his ministry in Orangeville, he was Rector of St. James, Port Colborne, and prior to that as an Assistant Curate at St. Luke’s, Burlington.
Wardens

Nathan Hiltz
People's Warden
Nathan Hiltz serves as both Musical Artist In Residence and People's Warden at Grace Church on the Hill. He leads Tiny Guitars, a community initiative providing complimentary guitar classes every Monday to both children and adults and curates the Sacred Concert Series.

Joel Aguirre Juárez
Deputy Warden
Joel Aguirre Juárez moved to Toronto from Mexico with his family and has been grateful to find a church home at Grace Church on-the-Hill. With a professional background in leadership and operations, Joel values faith, community, and service, and is thankful for the friendships and support he has found through the parish.

Sharon Zister-Farhadpour
Deputy Warden
Sharon Zister-Farhadpour serves as a Deputy Warden at Grace Church on-the-Hill. With a professional background in social work, Sharon has held a variety of front-line and leadership positions within the social service and mental health fields over the last two decades.​
Staff Ministry Team

Tamdin Dorjee
Tamdin Dorjee was born and raised in Tibet. He moved to Toronto in 2018 and found a new home at Grace Church, where he took on the role of property manager. He has been working here for seven years, and each day has been filled with purpose and fulfillment. Tamdin enjoys every task, whether overseeing maintenance projects or engaging with congregation members. Before that, he worked at Arohanui Mental Health Care Ltd, Bournemouth, UK for 12 years as a support worker.

Albeiro Urrego
My name is Albeiro Urrego, and I am originally from Colombia. I have been working at Grace Church on-the-Hill for 13 years as a custodian. I truly enjoy the community of people that work and attend Grace. The staff, patrons and children that attend are incredible people and it is a joy to come to work everyday.

Tenpa Lobsang
My name is Lobsang Tenpa, I was born in Tibet and I came to Canada in 2006. I have worked for many years serving in community service with at risk youth and love working with and meeting members and friends of Grace.
