John Anderson

Treasurer

Mr. Anderson was with Ernst & Young LLP from 1968 to 1993, where he served as an audit partner from 1979 to 1993 providing accounting and auditing services to large Canadian public and private companies in many industries and reporting in both Canadian and US generally accepted accounting principles. He left Ernst & Young LLP to become the Chief Financial Officer of the T. Eaton Company Limited until November 1998. After this, Mr. Anderson spent two years MDS Capital Corp, a venture capital company, and then the next two years with a start-up company involved in nanotechnology. He is a financial consultant to numerous private and public companies, often acting as chief financial officer or project leader for complicated transactions. He also served as chairman of the board of Ridley's College, Canada's largest coed private school.

Mr. Anderson has over 45 years of financial and corporate governance experience. He has been an independent director of several public and private companies. Mr. Anderson is a Charted Professional Accountant and holds and ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto.
