Sharon Zister-Farhadpour
Deputy Warden
Sharon Zister-Farhadpour serves as a Deputy Warden at Grace Church on-the-Hill. With a professional background in social work, Sharon has held a variety of front-line and leadership positions within the social service and mental health fields over the last two decades. Now working within the health-care sector, Sharon’s focus is on helping to improve patient outcomes and experiences as they receive eating disorders care, both through the direct services provided in her private practice, and in her provincially scoped hospital role helping to train and support specialist and non-specialist health care providers.
Sharon has a strong appreciation for the many important elements required to help develop and maintain healthy and thriving communities both on an individual and systems level. With this background, Sharon is motivated to ensure that the Grace community is experienced as a welcoming space for all.
Sharon and her family have been active members in the Grace community for a number of years, more recently becoming involved in the Grace Church Child-Care-Centre as a parent representative.
